The library in Highlands NC shows free movies, a wonderful amenity for all. The movies are varied and include new releases and those for children. The community comes together a couple of times a month to enjoy their love for the big screen.
Recently released movies are shown at the Highlands Library on the third Wednesday of every month at 2 pm. The next movie that will be shown will hit the screen on April 17th will be Arbitrage, an “”alluring suspense thriller about love, loyalty, and high finance, starring Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon alluring suspense thriller about love, loyalty, and high finance.
Children’s movies are shown on the first Wednesday of every month at 3:30 pm. The next movie will be shown this coming Wednesday, April 3rd. The Secret World of Arrietty is a beautifully animated, heartwarming tale of friendship and courage in beautiful animation.
