Highlands Real Estate, 2017 Color Trend

Highlands homes

Lynn Kimball, Highlands real estate

Owners of Highlands real estate don’t have to wait any longer, the 2017 color trend has been revealed.  Sherwin Williams has announced that their 2017 Color of the Year is “Poised Taupe”  referred to as a color where gray and brown collide.  Undoubtedly we will see this color appear more frequently on walls, trim, cabinetry, and furniture.  In addition, home accessories will some how offer homage to this color trend.

If you are preparing a Highlands NC home for sale you may want to consider home trends as you ready it for sale.  “Poised Taupe” may work well on an accent wall or perhaps in the master bedroom.  While never a good idea to overdo something a color of the year tends to be a trend that pervades all things home related.
