Eyes are on 2017 trends when it comes to Highlands NC real estate. There is something about a new year that leaves us wanting to make changes and start fresh. It is easiest to start at home as this is where we begin and end each day. This year’s trends are focussed primarily on lifestyle. Much of what is expected to take off has to do with making a home more energy efficient, creating gathering spaces, and adding to outdoor enjoyment.
