Cashiers NC celebrates pottery this weekend. Pots on the Green is a two day treat showcasing spectacular pottery and ceramic art. Pots on the Green will take place this Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm each day, at the Village Green Gazebo and Lawn in Cashiers. This wonderful event will feature the works of 14 artists, selected and invited for this unique event.
The artists participating in Pots on the Green are from around the region. This is a great opportunity to view unique pots and sculptures. In addition you will be able to ask the artists questions and learn more about their processes. There will be two live pottery demonstrations and an opportunity to learn the history of nearby Pisgah Forest Pottery. This is a great opportunity for the Cashiers community to enjoy great art in a beautiful setting.
