A solid offer matters when buying Highlands NC real estate. Finding a property to purchase is one thing and negotiating its purchase is another. When inventories are tight and the right property is found it is essential to create a strong offer. Additionally, understanding that there are many elements to a strong offer is essential. Price is just one ingredient

While price matters, an offer has more to it. Dates, contingencies, and inclusions are other parts of the equation. A strong offer is different at different times.
